- Handling time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST often ship same day.

- Address verification: Orders flagged for review may require an extra day for security checks.
Tracking & delivery

- APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS; delivery timelines vary based on military routing.
- Freight forwarders: Allowed, but we are only responsible for delivery to the forwarding address on file.
Preorders & split shipments

- Preorders ship by the estimated window shown on the product page.
- Mixed carts may ship together or separately depending on availability and carrier constraints.
- You will receive tracking for each parcel if your order ships in multiple boxes.
Address changes & cancellations

- After shipment: Address changes are limited and may incur a carrier reroute fee.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

- Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with neighbors and building staff. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us.
- In-transit delays: We will assist with a carrier trace after the expected window has passed.
- Damage: Photograph packaging and item within 48 hours and email [email protected].
